Like all other settlements of the region, its geographical connotation varied in different periods of history. The name Vanga, indicating a people, occurred for the first time in the Aitareya Aranyaka, where they are mentioned along with the Magadhas. In the Baudhayana Dharmasutra the Vangas are mentioned in a list of peoples who lived in regions beyond the zone of Aryan civilisation in the neighbourhood of Kalinga. In the Puranas they are mentioned along with other eastern people such as Anga, Magadha, Mudgaraka, Pundra, Videha, Tamralipti and Pragjyotisa. The Ramayana mentions the Vangas to be in league with Ayodhya. Un voyage est toujours agréable pour moi. le mois dernier, nous avons fait un voyage à sylhet avec mes amies. nous avons passé 5 jours dans sylhet. nous sommes allés là en train. nous avons été 6 personnes. Nous avons acheté 5 billets de Turna Express. Nous avons acheté le billet du 2 septembre. Notre train a quitté la gare à 12 heures. Je suis allé à la gare à 10 heures. Tanjim a attendue dans la station de l'aéroport. Après quelques fois le train a atteint la station de l'aéroport et Tanjim s'est levé dans le train. Humayra et Shishir ne se sont pas joints à nous.
